Consumer-Facing Version – How We Moderate Reviews

Your voice matters—and so does fairness. At Agent Review, we're committed to honest, verified feedback that helps people find the right insurance professional. Here's how we make sure your reviews count, and how we protect everyone involved:

Who Can Leave a Review?

You can leave a review if:

• You've personally interacted with the agent (as a client, referral, or prospect)

• You can confirm basic details (like date or type of interaction)

• You're writing from your own experience—not on someone else's behalf

What We Don't Allow

To keep things fair, we don't allow reviews that include:

• False or exaggerated claims

• Harassment, hate speech, or name-calling

• Conflicts of interest (like competitor reviews)

• Private details like policy numbers

• Spam or irrelevant promotional content

What Happens After You Submit

• Your review goes through smart moderation (AI + human checks)

• It may be published immediately or briefly held for review

• We check for suspicious patterns, bad language, or fake accounts

What If a Review is Disputed?

If an agent believes a review is unfair:

• They can flag it for moderation

• We may contact you to verify or clarify

• If everything checks out, the review stays

• You may be invited to edit your review if needed

Agent Responses

Agents can post public responses to any review. This keeps the conversation transparent and gives everyone a chance to be heard.

Your Review Helps Others

By leaving a review, you're helping others make informed choices—and helping good agents grow their business with trust.
