Jonas is an international, award-winning marketer and a prior member of the ECHO Academy of Direct Marketing Arts & Sciences, where he served as an International ECHO® Award judge. The ECHO Award is one of the most coveted awards for both agencies and clients. Roeser has not only been a judge, but an ECHO finalist. Jonas was also the recipient of the Xerox Pixi Award in 2008, the runner-up in 2007, and the first ever recipient of the John Hancock Bright Idea Award. The Founder of the 3in4 Association, which was a nationally recognized nonprofit that focused on raising awareness of long-term care planning. The 3in4 Association ran the public service address campaign, 3in4 Need More and its national bus tour with Dr. Marion. The campaign and tour were featured on billboards in Times Square, on national programs such as Fox & Friends as well as numerous radio, print, and broadcast outlets.
Roeser was part of the founding leadership team at LTC Financial Partners (LTCFP, now ACSIA Partners), the nation'slargest long-term care insurance agency, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer from 2003 to 2013. LTCFP ranked in INC Magazine's, INC 5000 and Washington's State Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies 4 years in a row. While at LTCFP, Roeser served on the board of directors for 6 years, until 2014, when the company merged with ACSIA. Prior to founding Agent Review, Jonas consulted for national companies across multiple verticals with a focus on insurance and financial services. Key insurance accounts include USSA, Highmark, ACSIA, Sertis Insurance, Amtrust, Emeritus, American Senior Services, American Independent Marketing, John Hancock, Leonardo 247 and Legacy Funding.
