Dylan Melling is the Practice Manager at Integrity Benefit Partners, Inc., an independent employee benefits brokerage serving mid-sized employers across the Midwest. He works primarily with companies that self-fund their health plans, helping business owners bring transparency, cost control, and long-term strategy to one of their largest operating expenses. Dylan specializes in designing benefit programs that challenge the status quo of traditional insurance, expose inefficiencies in the healthcare payment system, and give employers greater control over their outcomes. His approach is practical and business-minded—focused not just on annual renewals, but on building sustainable strategies that support both profitability and people. His efforts are recognized by his peers as a board member for the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, Indianapolis Chapter where he hosts educational opportunities highlighting different ways to build plans and serve clients. Recent successes include a 2026 Captive Risk Achievement Award winning plan, recognized by Berkley Accident and Health.

Before entering the employee benefits industry, Dylan built his career with the Boy Scouts of America—an organization he has been involved with for most of his life and that is now known as Scouting America. That experience shaped his leadership philosophy around service, preparedness, accountability, and developing others. Today, he continues that commitment as a Den Leader in his daughters’ Pack, investing in the next generation while staying deeply rooted in his community. Dylan brings that same long-term, service-driven mindset to the employers he advises—partnering with business owners not just as a broker, but as a strategic ally in building stronger organizations.
