Charley started selling insurance for Missouri Farm Bureau in his hometown, Charleston, MO, in 2002. With more than two decades of experience and continual training, have broadened his service offerings to include Employer Health Insurance, Disability Insurance, Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Annuities and Individual Retirement Accounts. A love of working with and helping others fuels his drive to offer clients the best solutions and to make sure they are prepared as best as possible for the future.
Charley purchased Thomas Insurance Group in January 2012.
Charley is a family man and loves spending time with his wife and two kids. Being involved in their extracurricular activities, along with their love of traveling, takes up the majority of his free time.

+15736513652One's insurance company is likened to your roofer. You only want to see him once, to deliver the best product ever, in the hopes you will not have to reach out to him in the future. But if needed, he'll always be available. I feel the same about TIG. Again, as in my previous review, I have yet had to reach out to TIG for any more than to initially provide the medical insurance security in case of an accident. Best

Impressed with TIG (Thomas Insurance Group). These folks are very obviously experts in all things Medicare. Enrolled in a Medicare supplement plan in just a few minutes since they knew all the options inside & out and also how to make the choices easy. Even though it was quick and easy I did the research and am confident they recommended the best coverage for my situation. Highly recommended!

I can highly recommend Thomas Insurance Group based on my experience with them over the past two years. I shall be returning each year for advice and updates. Last year, they helped me sign up for an excellent Medicare Advantage plan when my qualification for Medigap was doubtful. This year, that MA plan was discontinued and TIG helped me sign up to a Medigap plan within minutes by phone. They had all the answers to my questions and filled out the applications for me. It was fast, painless, and convenient, and I got exactly what I wanted. Going with TIG is a no-brainer.

I am so pleased that I was referred to TIG and Charley Tinsley through the "Retirement Nerds". Charley took his time explaining all the options for Advantage Plans and Supplement Plans. He also took into account my current coverage at work and my plans for retirement. I was finally confident in making the right decision for me as a result of his thorough explanations. His team at TIG took care of ALL my paper work and he even walked me through my application process for Medicare. I can't recommend this group enough. My agent Becky Larsen was amazing. Anyone who experienced having to get insurance after they retire can relate to how horrible it can be and confusing. I was so grateful for Becky‘s help and waiting through all of the options and opportunities that were available and explaining them to me in extreme detail.
