The insurance is fine - good value, reasonable rate. However, the agent will not return phone calls, texts or email. Twice, after repeated attempts to reach him regarding questions I had, I found I needed to drive to Hermiston, (30 miles one way), and speak with his office manager to get my questions answered.

We got our insurance through Joel when we lived in Oregon. He got us the lowest price with the coverage we wanted. It was a very smooth process and overall a great experience. We’ll be going to Joel for insurance when we move back to Oregon!

Working with Joel was awesome! I think he's way overqualified. He did a great job in getting me the insurance I needed. If you ever need insurance at great rates, even if you've had some time without insurance or have been hopping around, he'll help you out! I'd recommend this office to anyone!
